1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or engaging our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Pixelvent.tech provides digital services including but not limited to:

Shopify store development and management
Amazon & eBay marketplace setup and management
Custom web development
Search engine optimization (SEO)
Digital marketing and advertising
Branding and graphic design
ORM/CRM systems

The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for any project are agreed upon in writing before work commences.

3. Project Agreements & Payments

All projects are governed by a separate written agreement or proposal. The following general terms apply unless otherwise specified:

A deposit (typically 50%) is required before project work begins.
The remaining balance is due upon project completion or as outlined in the project agreement.
Invoices not paid within 14 days of the due date may incur a late fee of 2% per month.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services on accounts with outstanding balances.

4. Client Responsibilities

To deliver work on time and to the agreed standard, clients are expected to:

Provide all required materials, credentials, and content promptly.
Designate a single point of contact for project communication.
Provide clear, timely feedback within agreed review periods.
Ensure that any materials supplied do not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.

Delays caused by the client's failure to meet these responsibilities may result in revised timelines and/or additional charges.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, all custom work created exclusively for the client (e.g., website designs, written content, graphics) is transferred to the client. Pixelvent.tech retains the right to:

Display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
Retain ownership of any pre-existing tools, frameworks, templates, or proprietary code that forms part of the deliverable — a non-exclusive license to use these is granted to the client.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of a project and not to disclose it to third parties without prior written consent, except where required by law.

7. Revisions & Change Requests

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as stated in the project agreement. Requests beyond this scope will be quoted and billed as additional work at our standard hourly rate.

8. Cancellation & Refunds

Client cancellation: If a client cancels a project after work has commenced, any deposit paid is non-refundable. Work completed up to the cancellation point will be invoiced and must be paid.
Pixelvent.tech cancellation: If we are unable to complete a project, we will refund any amounts paid for work not yet delivered.
Completed and approved deliverables are non-refundable.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pixelvent.tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or website, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability in connection with any project shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for that specific project.

10. Warranties & Disclaimers

We warrant that services will be performed with reasonable skill and care. However, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes (such as particular sales volumes, rankings, or ROI) as results depend on many factors outside our control.

The website is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied.

11. Third-Party Platforms

Many of our services involve working on third-party platforms (Shopify, Amazon, eBay, Google, Meta, etc.). We are not responsible for changes made to these platforms' policies, algorithms, or terms of service that may affect the results of our work.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
